We strive to offer competitive pricing along with the convenience of online reservations. Prices quoted on our website are per person and do not include tips for guides or drivers. Published rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in transport costs.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must be made via credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement.
After payment, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip. This slip serves as proof of payment to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that all travel details provided at the time of booking are accurate
Each tour/activity has its own cancellation policy. Please review these policies before booking.
Combo tours can be canceled, but if any single tour in a combo is canceled, the combo discount will no longer apply, and the remaining tours will be priced individually.
If you do not attend the tour, no refunds will be issued, either partially or fully. This includes unused tickets, sightseeing tours. Rescheduling for confirmed tours and transfers is also not permitted.
Before canceling, please carefully review the cancellation policies for your tour package. To cancel any part of your reservation, notify Black Stone Tourism in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees via email or phone. Black Stone Tourism is not responsible for cancellations that are not received or confirmed.
Routing and services may change due to local conditions, weather. If changes occur, we will provide suitable alternatives of similar value, depending on availability. Minor amendments can be made at any time without reimbursement. No refunds will be provided for events caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters.
Black Stone Tourism is not responsible for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
It is the responsibility of each guest to carry necessary travel documents, including a valid passport or ID. This is especially important for international travelers. No refunds will be issued for losses or lack of required documents. Passengers should check with their consulate for entry requirements, as these can change without notice.
